Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Here at Dev My Film, we are confident you will be satisfied with the quality of the products we supply.

However, you do have the right to return to us any 35mm or 120 Film Product (in it’s original packaging) for a full refund within 14 days from when you receive the product – for any reason at all. This only applies to products bought on-line or over the phone.

Please remember that you must return the product as received so that we can re-stock it in our store or re-sell online

For change of mind, we require that you bear the cost of returning the product to us.

There are exception to the returns policy as allowed for by European Law – e.g. you cannot return any of our photo or personalised products due to a change of mind.

However, if there is an issue with the product (not a change of mind, but that the product is not of merchantable quality) – then we ask you to contact the Store (details are on our Contact Page) as soon as possible to log the issue.

We will cover the cost of returning the product in this instance – if the product was not bought in-store.

 Refunds will be to the original payment method – and will be processed within 14 days of the refund being approved.

All our Returns, Repairs and Refunds policies are in line with the relevant Consumer Protection Legislation in Ireland
