Job Title: Film Processing Assistant & Retail Worker
Location: Cork City (with occasional travel to Clonakilty)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:
The Bigger Picture/Dev My Film is currently seeking a full-time Film Processing Assistant & Retail Worker to join our dedicated and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about photography and film processing and is looking to grow within a dynamic and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare film for processing and manage the scanning of film materials

• Serve and advise customers in-store with a strong focus on customer service

• Manage daily workflow efficiently, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

• Work collaboratively with the team, while also demonstrating initiative and independence when required

• Take and follow instruction from management effectively

• Assist with operations in our Clonakilty store on occasion (travel required)

Ideal Candidate:

• A team player with a forward-thinking attitude

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions independently

• Comfortable working with both Windows and macOS environments

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a strong advantage

• Interest in photography and film processing is highly desirable

• Full driving licence preferred due to occasional travel requirements
