Full-Time Photo Lab Team Member - Cork City

We are looking for a full-time team member to join our busy analogue photo lab in Cork City. As part of a small, close-knit team, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the lab, helping us deliver high-quality service and care to our customers and their film.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, reliable, comfortable with technology, and has a genuine interest in photography, particularly analogue photography. We’re looking for someone who can take initiative, work independently when needed, and also thrive as part of a collaborative team environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong computer skills and confidence using digital systems
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Comfortable working as part of a small team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Customer service experience is an advantage
• Interest in analogue photography and film is highly desirable

Main duties may include:

• Assisting with film processing workflows
• Image scanning and digital file handling
• Basic image editing and preparation using Photoshop
• Handling customer orders and enquiries
• General photo lab operations and day-to-day tasks

This is a full-time position based in Cork City. We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, dependable, and interested in becoming part of a growing analogue photography business.
